Baloo

Open source, self-hosted GitHub App that runs an agentic review loop over pull requests using the repository's own LLM provider keys.

Baloo deploys as a self-hosted GitHub App with no Baloo-hosted backend, so review context only reaches whichever LLM provider the repository owner configures (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Databricks). It reads PR diffs plus surrounding repo context, respects conventions declared in AGENTS.md and CONTRIBUTING.md, and posts inline comments on logic errors, security antipatterns, and missing error handling. It can auto-approve a PR when no blocking issues remain. MIT licensed.
