Estimates cloud cost impact of infrastructure changes and enforces FinOps policies on pull requests.

Infracost analyzes Terraform and other IaC changes, commenting on pull requests with the cost difference, tagging issues, and FinOps policy violations before merge. The CLI is open source; Infracost Cloud adds policy governance and dashboards. It also plugs into AI coding agents so generated infrastructure code respects cost guardrails.
