Memcode's Code Review product connects to a repository through a GitHub App and reads each pull request against the whole codebase rather than just the diff, looking for callers and assumptions a changed line would break; findings can be cross-checked against CI test results. The vendor says it comments only when something is actually wrong and stays quiet otherwise, and that the product never writes code or opens or merges a pull request itself. Code Review is one of six products (Code, Code Review, Agents, Chat, Datahub, Websites) sharing one memory layer on Memcode's open source core, and the product is in public beta.
