Presubmit is an MIT-licensed AI reviewer that runs as a GitHub Action inside your own CI, so code never leaves your environment. It posts line-by-line comments, PR summaries, and title suggestions, and responds to questions in review threads. Users bring their own LLM API key; any OpenAI-compatible provider works.
