Qlty Software spun out of Code Climate in 2024 and rebuilt its Quality product around a fast Rust CLI that orchestrates more than 70 linters, formatters, and security scanners. Qlty Cloud reviews pull requests and tracks coverage, adding opt-in AI-generated autofix suggestions and issue explanations on top of the deterministic results. The CLI is source-available under a Fair Source license.
